摘要
以色相、分子量、端羧基的测定和IR、GPC、TG 分析的方法对 PBT 在固态和熔融态下的热氧化稳定性进行了研究,并采用测定热失重活化能的方法对热稳定剂对 PBT 热氧化稳定性能的影响进行了分析,结果表明随着热处理时间的延长和温度的升高,PBT 的分子量下降.端羧基黄色指数升高,分子量分布变窄.添加热稳定剂后其热失重活化能明显大于不加稳定剂的样品.
In this paper,the thermal oxidative degradation stability of poly(1,4-butylene terephthalate)(PBT)under solid and melting state was studied by measuring color index,molecular weight and carboxyl endgroup,and by analysis of IR,GPC and thermogravimetry.The activation energy for the thermal degradationwas also investigated for studying the effect of antioxidant on thermal oxidative degradation of PBT.The re-sults showed that the molecular weight of PBT decreases,the yellowness index,carboxyl end group increaseand the molecular weight distribution narrows with increasing temperature and duration of thermal treat-ment.The activation energy for the thermal degradation of the samples with antioxidant was higher than thatof the samples without antioxidant.
