摘要
用中药861消瘤片治疗子宫肌瘤患者50例(子宫体包括肌瘤体积不超过三个月妊娠子宫大小),六个月后,子宫肌瘤消失率为26％,缩小率为46％。对22例肌瘤患者于治疗前后测定了血浆中FSH、LH、E_2、P、T含量,发现治疗前患者P含量明显低于正常妇女(p<0.05)。治疗后分泌期P含量升高(p<0.05)。对30例肌瘤组织中EcR、EnR含量进行了测定,中药组与对照组比较,EcR、EnR含量均明显降低(p<0.05)。临床和实验研究提示:该药治疗机理可能与调节内分泌功能及抑制肌瘤组织中ER水平有关。
50 patients suffering from uterine myofibroma were treated with '861 Xiao Liu Pian'. Six months after the treatment, the ratio of disappearance of the myofibroma was 26% and the reduction ratio was 46%. The levels of FSH, LH, E2, P and T in plasma of 22 patients were determined before and after the treatment. It was found that the amount of P before treatment was obviously less than that of the control women (n=15, p<0.05) and the amount of P during secretion period after the treatment rose remarkably (p< 0.05). In addition, the densities of EnR in myofibroma tissues of 30 patients were significantly reduced in the treated group than in control group(p<0.05). The present work suggested that the mechanism of the action of '861 Xiao Liu Pian' might probably be the regulation of endocrine function and the suppression of ER level in myofibroma tissues.
