摘要
采用双极性膜电渗析法处理酚钠溶液回收苯酚和NaOH溶液。结果表明 ,双极性膜电渗析处理质量分数为 5 %~ 15 %的酚钠溶液较为理想 ,在低电压下可保持高电流密度 82mA/cm2 ,转化率为 86 %~ 94 % ,回收苯酚能耗约为 2 7kW·h/kg。
Sodium phenolate solution was treated by bipolar membrane electrodialysis process to recover phenol and sodium hydroxide. The results show that the process is suitable to treat sodium phenolate solution with mass fraction 5%~15%; the current density of 82 mA/cm^2 can be maintained at low voltage;the conversion of sodium phenolate is 86%~94%; and the energy consumption is about 2.7 kW·h to recover 1 kg phenol.
