研究表明,循环经济理论与传统经济理论相辅相成、不可或缺,它们共同构建了绿色经济发展的保障体系.掌握它们的不同属性,可以提高经济政策的制定与实施效率,有利于制定与落实我国的绿色经济发展战略.
There are indications that Circular Economy and traditional economy theory are exist side by side and play a part together. They formed a safeguard: system of green economy development together. We can raise working efficiency on economic policy. These are be beneficial to carry out national developmental strategy about green economy.
