摘要
目前我国已具备开展期待权问题研究的现实背景,在对权利构成要素进行分析的基础上,通过对期待权概念进行质的方面和量的方面衡量,从而对期待权概念做出界定。
This paper makes an analysis of the realistic circumstances for carrying out the research on expecting right in China.Based on analyzing the essential constituents of rights,this paper weighs and considers the concept of expecting right from the perspectives of quality and quantity,on the basis of which a definition of expeting right is brought about.
