摘要
异常高温凝析气藏存在特殊的产水规律 ,产出水在地层中可能是水蒸气或游离水 ,这将导致井底积液 ,油管套管及设备腐蚀 ,还可能与天然气生成水合物 ,堵塞流动通道 ,影响正常生产。以大港千米桥凝析气藏BS7、8井为例 ,利用有水凝析气PVT相态实验研究中水蒸气含量实验结果 ,结合现场实际生产动态数据 ,详细地研究了BS7、8井的产水规律。研究结果表明 ,BS7井地层凝析气中含水量仍然处于饱和状态 ,产出水包括水蒸气和地层游离水 ,BS8井地层凝析气中含水量仍然没有达到饱和 ,地层中不存在游离水。造成含水率等参数异常波动的主要原因有开采层段不同、各种增产作业的影响、机械故障、凝析油产量变化和地层压力下降等 ,产出的地层水中包括多种水混合物。
There is special water-producing law for condensate reservoirs with anomaly high temperature. The produced water may be vapor or free water in formations, which will cause fluid gathering in the bottom-hole, tubing and casing, equipment corroding, and flow channel blocking since hydrate is formed with natural gas, and influence the normal production. Taking the Wells BS 7 and 8 of Qianmiqiao condensate reservoir, Dagang Oil Field as example, using the experimental results of vapor content in PVT phase experiments of condensate gas with water, and combining the real production data, the water-producing law of Well BS 7 and 8 is studied in detail. The study results show the water content of condensate gas in Well BS 7 formations is in the saturation state. The produced water covers vapor and free water. But the water content of condensate gas in Well BS 8 formations is not in the saturation state yet. There is no free water in the formations. The main reasons why the parameters such as water cut, etc. wave anomalously include: the different recovering intervals, the influence of various stimulation jobs, the mechanic failures, the production variation of condensate, and the formation pressure dropping, etc. The produced water covers many kinds of water mixtures.
