摘要
本文论述了以作业为基础进行电信网运营成本控制的必要性。在此基础之上 ,阐述了以作业为基础进行电信网运营成本控制的方法体系 。
This article shows why the control of cost of t el ecom networks should be based on operation , studies its systems and at last di scusses different short-term and long-term strategies for cost control.
