摘要
在全面建设小康社会的进程中,长春市把对主导产业的培育作为产业结构调整和优化的重要举措,制定了一系列发展对策。作为国家主要商品粮基地和重工业基地的长春市,在主导产业演替过程中虽然存在一定的比较优势,但是主导产业的发展面临更多的则是障碍。因此,加快长春市主导产业发展应强化三个方面的工作,即推进农村工业化进程,大力发展农副产品加工业;强化主导产业的集合优势,提升工业竞争力;发挥长春市教育、科技优势,促进社会事业全面发展。
In the process of construction of a complete well-off society,the city of Changchun takes helping the growth of dominating industries as the important measure in regulation and optimization of industrial structure and formulates a series of development countermeasures.As the base of the country ' s chief commodity grain and of heavy industry,the city of Changchun has certain comparative advantages in the process of succession of dominating industries,but the development of dominating industries faces obstacles more.So we must strengthen the work in the following three aspects:promotion of industrialization process in the countryside and developing the processing industry of agricultural by-products;strengthening the collective advantage of dominating industries to raise the competitiveness of industry;bringing into play the advantage of education and science and technology in Changchun to promote the complete development of social cause.
