摘要
中医针灸、方药并用,肇始于古代,其历史源远流长,代有传承。历代医家根据"针药同源"、"针药治同"的道理,积累了丰富的经验,总结了宝贵的资料。针药并用的学术理论、临床意义、治疗规律等虽无专门著述,但可见诸于各家论著。为了承先启后,继往开来,依据古今文献,初步探索了古今针药并用的源流,旨在使针药并用能推陈出新,更好地继承发扬中医事业。
Physicians of various dynasties have accumulated rich experience in clinical practice based on the thoughts of 'acupuncture and medication as the same source' and 'treating the same disease by using both acupuncture and medication'. The theories, clinical significance and therapeutic regularities of the combined use of acupuncture and medication are found in different medical works, though no book is available to specialize them. This paper deals with the origin of the combined use of acupuncture and medication, in an attempt to promote the development in this area and the cause of traditional Chinese medicine.
