摘要
针对目前对直线感应电动机的控制不完善、开发成本大的问题,论述了对直线感应电动机进行SCALAR控制的必要性及理论依据,并且利用SPWM发生芯片SA4828配合单片机AT89C52实现了SCALAR控制,同时将OPTSPWM脉宽调制技术引入变频电源的设计当中。通过对新型变频电源的开发,既使直线感应电动机达到了工业现场的控制要求,也为以后三相直线感应电动机的变频控制拓宽了应用领域。
With an aim at solving the problems of the imperfection of the present-day linear induction motor control and high development cost,this paper deals with the necessity and theoretical base of SCALAR control over linear induction motor. Also,SPWM genesis chip SA4828 is used to match with AT89C52 single chip to achieve SCALAR control; meanwhile,OPTSPWM technology is used in the desigh of novel variable-frequency power sources. Through developing the novel variable-frequency,even if the linear induction motor reaches the in-situ industrial control requirement,a new application field for the variable-frequency control over the later three-phase linear induction motor can be widdened.
