摘要
现代建设项目的实施过程由许多方面共同协作完成,多方面的活动在时间和空间上需要有机的组合,否则就会影响项目的实施过程,造成直接经济损失,甚至会导致项目的失败。本文论述了建设项目实施过程中的协调问题,简要分析了问题存在的原因,提出了做好协调工作的方法,并提出加强协调管理的具体措施。
Modern building program is constructed with many different departments cooperating. Many activities need to be fitted together at likely space and time, otherwise they will have an impact on the program with a great loss, and even make program in failure. This paper discusses on coordinated management during program construction, analyses the causation of the matter in brief, brings forward methods to solve the problem and idiographic steps to strengthen coordination during program construction.
