摘要
从47例种植牙的结果分析讨论，提出种植牙成功与否与种植牙受力和开始受力的时间有关。主要是种植体一骨界面的应力超过牙槽骨的生物容许强度，造成牙槽骨受压萎缩并导致种植牙失败。若种植体植入时间短，刚种植体-骨界面的早期生物强度也低。在探讨这些问题中提出了种植牙的受力模式，以较好的说明种植体-骨界面的应力问题。
The author analysed 47 cases with dental implant prosthesis. Among them there were 39 cases succeeded and 8cases failed.The author discussed the mechanical causes of effecting the succes rate in detail and concludedthat the success rate is closely related to the foroes on implant and time when they are functioned.
