高锰酸钾预氧化法处理含镍电镀污水 被引量:2

摘要  用高锰酸钾对电镀镍废液污水和含镍添加剂生产污水中的有机成分进行预氧化后,再按传统的化学沉淀-过滤法处理,大幅度降低了处理后澄清液中的残余镍含量和化学耗氧量,甚至只需1次处理,就能使镍离子含量降低到国家排放标准(1 0mg/L)和地方政府的排放标准(0 5mg/L)以下。这种预氧化反应所需的时间较短,已应用到实际操作中,从而成功地避免了澄清液的2次处理。 The organic substances in nickel-plating waste solution and waste water from nickel additive production were pre-oxidized by potassium permanganate and then treated by traditional chemical precipitation-filtration process. In this way, the concentration of the residual nickel and the chemical oxygen demand in the clear water after treatment is significantly reduced, and particularly, nickel content can even go down to those lower than the discharging limits set by the nation (1.0 mg/L) and local governments (0.5 mg/L) after only one-time treatment. The pre-oxidization only needs a very short time and has been used in practical operation. Thereby the secondary treatment of the clear water is avoided successfully.
