摘要
目的 探讨舒经玫瑰胶囊对小鼠原发性痛经的保护作用。方法 以小鼠子宫组织匀浆中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)及一氧化氮合酶(NOS)为指标进行实验观察。结果 舒经玫瑰胶囊对小鼠原发性痛经子宫组织匀浆中GSH-PX与NOS的升高有显著的作用(P<0.01)。结论 舒经玫瑰胶囊通过对小鼠子宫组织匀浆中GSH-PX和NOS含量的影响,对小鼠原发性痛经有保护作用。
Objective To approach the medicine-Red Rose Capsule for releasing the dysmenorrhea-protective actions to primary dysmenorrhea. Method To observe the indexes-GSH-PX、NOS-from the tissue homogenate of mice. Result The medicine-Red Rose Capsule for Releasing the dysmenorrhea-can obviously increase the GSH-PX and NOS to primary dysmenorrhea. Conclusion The medicine-Red Rose Capsule for Releasing the dysmenorrhea-has obviously protective action to primary dysmenorrhea by the way to influence the GSH-PX and NOS of the tissue homogenate.
