摘要
依据管理科学的不同原理,结合工作实践,论述了研究生教育科学管理的原则和方法。认为虽然相同的“管理模式”是不存在的,但这些依据管理科学原理提炼的原则与方法是有普遍意义的。要真正落实科教兴国战略,对研究生教育科学管理的理论探索和实践是必不可少的。
The paper discusses the principles and methods on scientific management of graduate education in accordance with various laws of management ,and in combination with the authors蒺experience.The authors hold that there is no identical management model ,however ,the generalized principles and methods based on the science of management are universal.To carry out the national strategy of “ science and education flourish state ” the study of theory and practice on the scientific management of graduate education is necessary.
