摘要
结合我国国情 ,探讨了灵活就业人员的社会保障问题 ,指出其对建立具有中国特色的社会保障体系 ,保证社会主义市场经济的顺利发展不仅具有重要的理论意义 ,而且更具有重要的现实意义。该文就灵活就业人员社会保障问题的国内外研究现状进行评述 ,并提出了推进我国灵活就业人员社会保障问题研究的基本观点。
The paper studies the social security of flexible employees. It is significant not only in theory but also in practice that a social security system with Chinese characteristics should be set up to ensure the smooth development of the socialist market economy. The paper comments on the status quo of flexible employment research at home and abroad and puts forward some basic standpoints about the social security of the flexible employees in China.
