摘要
从中药石斛、雷公藤中提取其中的生物碱 ,用瑞典产 2 2 77热活性检测仪测定了 37℃下不同浓度的生物碱液对大肠杆菌代谢作用的热功率—时间曲线 ,计算出细菌生长的速率常数 ,建立了细菌生长速率常数与药物浓度之间的关系 .结果表明 ,两种中药中的生物碱在一定浓度范围内对大肠杆菌有促进作用 。
Alkaloids were extracted from Chinese traditional drugs-Dedrobium nobile Lindl and Tripterygium Hook f. The thermal power-time curves recorded for different concentration solution of terpenoid alkaloids for Escherichia coli were determined by using a 2277 Thermal Activity Monitor (Sweden). The growth rate constants were calculated. The relationship between the growth constant (μ) and concentration of terpenoid alkaloids solution (C) was established. The results indicate alkaloids of two kinds of Chinese traditional drugs promote the bacterial growth for Escherichia within a certain concentration. The optimum concentrations were calculated.
