阐述了遥感(RS)、地理信息系统(GIS)和全球定位系统(GPS)3项现代科学技术,在抗洪救灾及水资源管理中的应用,以及3S集成系统在洪灾中的应用。
This text has summed up Remote Sensing, Geographical Information System and Global Positioning System three modern science and technology in the application during fighting flood control and relieve victims and water resource management of the system separately too at the same time, and also discuss 3S integration used in flood.
