摘要
磨溪气田雷一1气藏是四川盆地典型的碳酸盐岩低渗透气藏 ,也是多年来进行各种增产措施现场施工试验比较集中的地方。介绍了该地区储层特性 ,对比了包括常规酸、抗石膏酸、降阻酸和胶凝酸等各种酸化施工以及加砂压裂施工的结果 ,用实验室数据和现场大量施工数据证明胶凝酸酸化能够获得较好的增产效果 ,单井增产可达 (0 .8~ 4 .0 )× 10 4 m3/d。论述了CT系列胶凝剂的特点、配方组成与性能评价结果 ,列出了十余口井的现场施工数据 ,同时详细地介绍了有代表性的直井和水平井的两个施工实例。就酸化类型、酸洗井筒周围的效果、胶凝酸化的返排问题等提出了看法 ,对今后的进一步工作和应该探讨的问题提出了建议。
Rei-1 Gas reservoir of Moxi Gas Field in Sichuan Basin, China, is typical with its low permeability and carbonate structure.Over the years, various stimulation methods had been carried out and tested in this field. Started from instruction of the characteristics of the reservoir, comparison was given between the operation results of ordinary acid, anti-gypsum acid, low friction acid, gelled acid as well as sand fracturing. Laboratory evaluation data and a great deal of field operation results had proved that gelled acid is the most suitable technology for Moxi Gas Field stimulation. The production rate increased to the range of 0.8 ×10 4~4.0×10 4 m 3/d for a single well according to more than 40 wells operations. In this article, the author also described the performance of CT series gelled agents, components of formulation, and evaluation data. More than ten wells' operation data were given, among them two case studies, one vertical and one horizontal well were in detail. The author also gave personal view on acid wash, flow-back of spent acid, and raised some suggestions for future work and questions need to be discussed.
