Fluoride in Local Wheat in Chongqing

摘要 目的了解重庆地区地产小麦氟含量。方法从重庆市辖38个农业区、市、县中采集小麦样品570个,采用氟离子选择电极法逐一测定其含氟量。结果570个被测小麦样品中,含氟量超标样163个,占28.60%;样品含氟量完全超标的区、县3个(7.89%),部分超标的区、县20个(52.63%),不超标的区、县15个(39.47%);12个区、县样品含氟平均值超标,26个区、县不超标;从区域分布上看三大经济区间差异不显著P>0.05。结论重庆部分地区小麦氟含量超标。 Objective To understand the fluoride contents in local wheat in Chongqing. Methods The fluoride contents in 570 wheat samples collected from 38 agricultural areas,cities and counties in Chongqing were determined by fluorine selective electrode analysis. Results The fluoride contents of 163 wheat samples among the total 570 wheat samples exceeded the standard(28.60%). The fluoride contents of wheat samples collected from 3 districts and counties entirely exceeded the standard(7.89%). The fluoride contents of wheat samples collected from 20 districts and counties,in each one of which some over standard wheat samples were found,partly exceeded the standard(52.63%). The fluoride contents of wheat samples collected from 15 districts and counties entirely accorded with the standard(39.47%). The average fluoride contents of wheat samples entirely exceeded the standard in 12 districts and counties, and entirely accorded with the standard(39.47%) in 26 districts and counties. The fluoride contents of wheat samples collected from 3 large,scale economic districts revealed no significant differences(P>0.05). Conclusion Fluoride contents of local wheat in some areas of Chongqing exceeded standard.
