摘要
通过正交实验对1,2-环己二醇二缩水甘油醚的合成工艺进行了研究,考察了原料配比、催化剂量、醚化温度、闭环温度等因素对实验的影响。确定最佳工艺条件为:n(ECH)∶n(NaOH)∶n(环己二醇)=2 3∶2 1∶1;催化剂用量为环己二醇的0 4%,醚化温度70℃,醚化时间4h,闭环温度20℃,闭环时间4h;此工艺条件下产品的环氧值0 5eq/100g,无色,粘度20mPa·s(25℃),有机氯4×10-3eq/100g,产率85%。
In this paper,the synthetic technics of a novel epoxide diluent-cylohexanediol-1,2 diglycidyl ether was sdudied by othogonal method.The effeets of ratio of reactants,content of catalyst,etherizating temperature and cycligating temperature on synthetic reaction was also related.The test shovoed that in the optimum technologicl condition,which was that ECH/NaOH/CHDIOL=2.3∶2.1∶1;the catalyst content(related CHDIOL),0.4%,etherizating temperature,70 ℃,reating time,4 h,the product's physical properties were showed below:epoxied value:0.5/eq·100 g^(-1);chroma:colourless;velosity 20mp.s/25 ℃,the content of organicchlorine:4×10^(-3) eq/100g and the product yield was wore than 85%.
