摘要
以冷凝器为例 ,剖析了水垢对传热效率的影响和引起的经济损失。介绍了有强化传热作用的管内自转塑料螺旋纽带清洗防垢技术及其原理。采用与传热流体相同密度、摩擦磨损性能优良的工程塑料 ,解决了自转钢丝对传热管壁的磨损问题。应用该技术对蒸馏装置的大型凝汽设备进行了技术改造 ,取得了较好的效果。
The practical investigation of the water fouling influence on condensers of steam turbines and the economic loss caused by the fouling were introduced. It is stated that the continuous self-clean and heat transfer enhancement principles with twisted strips. By experiments, it is proved that the clean ability can meet the condenser requirements well. The enhancement ranges from 9% to 15%. After quite long continuous operation in the experiments, the condensers don't show any sign of wear and tear. Using this technique to reform the large condenser of distillation set, great economic results have been obtained.
