早期糖尿病患者中轴骨骨密度的变化 被引量:7

Lumbar Spine and Proximal Femur Bone Mineral Determination by Dual-Energy X-ray Absorptiometry in Early Stage of Diabetes mellitus

摘要 本文采用了高精度的双能X线骨密度仪和—一配对(包括年龄-性别-体重指数相匹配)的方法对15例新诊断的糖尿病病人和15例非糖尿病健康者腰椎(L2~4)和左股骨近端骨密度进行了检测,发现糖尿病患者中轴骨骨密度明显降低(P<0.05~0.001),腰椎和股骨近端骨量丢失率分别为9.26%和10.89%。同时对其骨密度的变化与性别、年龄的关系进行了分析。值得注意是非老年(<55岁)糖尿病组中轴骨骨密度比老年组更广泛更显著地低于对照组,似乎提示老年糖尿病患者骨量丢失速率减慢,且非老年糖尿病骨丢失以椎体附件和股骨为主。 In order to assess the change of bone mass in early stage of diabetic mellitus,we measured lumbar spine (LS) and proximal femur (PF) bone mineral density (BMD) by dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry in 15 newly diagnosed patients with diabetes mellitus (DM) whose course was less than 3 years, and 15 non-diabetic healthy volunteers are matched by age-sex-body mass index as control group (CG). The results show that LS and PF BMD are significantly lower in DM than those in CG,respectively(P<0. 05—0. 001). The bone loss rates(BLR) are 9. 26% in LS and 10. 89% in PF. We further analysed the influence of sex or age on BMD. our analysis indicate that the BMD in the female is more extensively decreased than that in the male and,in the younger (age<55yrs) than in the aged (age > 55yrs). The LS and PF BLR of the younger are 13. 4 % and 13. 7 % respectively,which are 13. 9 and 3. 2 times those of the aged. It suggests that the bone loss rate may be decreased in older diabetic patients and the bone loss in the younger patients with DM is mainly involved in the appendices vertibrae and proximal femur.
