摘要
目的:分析肝移植病例住院费用构成并评价其医疗质量。方法:收集手术操作代码为50.5001的病案170份, 采用《病例分型质量费用管理系统》软件和SAS6.12,进行描述性统计分析。结果与讨论:肝移植治疗水平不断提高,但费 用十分昂贵,必须采取各种有效措施,降低患者负担。
Objectives To analyze the structure of in-patients' cost of liver-transplantation and appraise their medical treatment quality. Methods Collecting 170 cases of patient's files with the operation code--50, 5001, adopting Case Classified Quality-charge Management System software and SAS6.12, and making descriptive statistical analysis. Results and Discussion The technical skills of liver transplanting is kept improving, but the cost is still very expensive, effective measures should be taken to alleviate patients' burden.
