摘要
目的:了解杭州市卫生局直属10家医院信息化建设情况。方法:发放调查表和实地调研相结合。结果:各医院均成立了信息化专职机构;制订了长期规划;各医院信息化建设投入资金与医院业务收入相关;软硬件投入较以前有了极大的提高;医院信息子系统的建设应用情况参差不齐;各医院均接入了医保网和互联网两种以上的网络。结论:政府应加大必要的资金投入;应该充分发挥卫生局信息中心的职能,制订统一标准、统一规划;加强计算机人才队伍建设,强化医护人员培训;努力建设开放、稳定的集临床和医院管理为一体的全市卫生资源信息平台。
Objectves To explore the prestent stauses of hospital information system construction in Hangzhou weinvestigated 10 hospitals.Method Combined questionnaires with severy on the spot.Result The full time organization of the informationization has been established in every hospital.All hospitals have made the long term planning.The information construction capital of every hospital correlates with business income of the hospital.The funds of software and hardware increase relatively.The construction of the hospital information subsystem are differently.Every hospital inserts the network of medical insurance and Internet more than two kinds of network.Conclusion The government should increase the essential fund inputs.The health bureau information centre should give full play to the function,unify standard and planning,Strengthen the construction of computer team and train the medical personnel knowledge of computer.We make great efforts to build an open,steady hygiene information platform whieh incorporate clinical management and hospital management into an organic whole.
