原子吸收分光光度法间接测定双氯芬酸胆碱含量 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :建立了原子吸收法测定双氯芬酸胆碱含量的分析方法。方法 :双氯芬酸胆碱在pH为 6 .8的溶液中与醋酸铜形成稳定的络合物 ,在氯仿中显绿色 ,经氯仿萃取后 ,用火焰原子吸收分光光度法直接测定水相中剩余量的铜 ,从而间接求得样品中双氯芬酸胆碱的含量。结果 :其测定结果的相对标准偏差为 1.83%~ 2 .97% ,回收率在 96 .87%~ 97.6 3% ,与紫外光度法结果比较差异无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :该方法可靠、适用、选择性好 ,可用于药物分析中双氯芬酸胆碱含量的测定。 Aim: To establish a new method for determination the content of diclofenac acid-choline by atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods: Diclofenac acid-choline and copper acetate reacted into a stable chelate at pH=6.8. The chelate was green in chloroform,then blend with chloroform and separated from water phase. The superfulous copper in water phase was directly detected by AAS, and the concentration of diclofenac acid-choline in the sample was obtained indirectly.Results: The relative standard deviation of result was 1.83%~2.97%. The recovery rate was 96.87%~ 97.63%. There was no distinct difference compared with ultraviolet method. Conclusion: The new method is dependable,applicable, and with good selectivity. It can be used to test diclofenac acid-choline concentration in pharmacological analysis.
