摘要
用碳酸钾作盐析剂分离叔丁醇 -水体系 ,可以将质量分数为 6 0 %的稀叔丁醇提浓至 95 % ;采用两次盐析法可以降低盐析剂的总用量 ;采用碳酸钾溶液作为盐析剂时 ,只有盐析剂浓度大于 5 7%时才具有相同的效果 ,用碳酸钾溶液作为盐析剂能够实现对工业叔丁醇的浓缩 (浓度大于 95 % )。
A good salting-out agent, potassium carbonate was found to separate tertiary-butanol from aqueous solution.The final result of the alcohol can be concentrated into 95% from its original 60%.The amount of salting- out can be reduced with the optimized method of salt addition.At the same target,the aqueous solution of K 2CO 3 can be used as salting-out agent only as the concentration of its higher than 57%. Industrial tertiary-butanol can be concentrated with K 2CO 3 liquor(the final concentration is higher than 95%). Salting-out method with K 2CO 3 liquor is valuable for commercialization.
