摘要
针对2030五机架冷连轧机四五机架间张力系统被控对象,利用H混合灵敏度鲁棒控制方法设计了其张力鲁棒控制器。仿真研究结果及与常规PI控制效果的比较表明,所设计的张力鲁棒控制器对前后滑和外界干扰等不确定性具有更好的抑制作用,从而证明了所设计控制器的有效性。
A tension robust controller is designed by using Hmixed sensitivity robust control method for the tension system between fourth and fifth stands of 2030 tandem cold rolling mill. Simulation results and comparison with the effect of PI control show that the tension robust controller designed has better disturbance attenuation performance for uncertainty such as front-back skidding, external disturbance, etc. The validity of the designed controller is validated.
