摘要
介绍了新型钛系浆液催化剂的特点、配制及加入系统。考察了该浆液催化剂在高密度聚乙烯 (HDPE)生产装置上的应用情况。使用浆液催化剂生产HDPE反应静电控制稳定 ,催化剂活性调整方便 ,成本低 ,反应器中聚合物细粉少 。
The application of a new slurry catalyst to produce HDPE in a commerc ialized plant was presented,including description of catalyst feature,compou n ding and feeding system of slurry catalyst.Reaction could be well controlled re s pecting electrostatic stability during production of HDPE.Activity of slurry c a talyst could be easily adjusted.Low production cost,small amount of fine resi n ,and good product quality were advantages of the new slurry catalyst over the old system.
