摘要
从理论研究方面、统一规划方面、资源建设方面、标准规范化方面以及知识产权保护方面分析和探讨了我国数字图书馆建设中存在的主要问题,并提出了相应的对策。
This paper analyzes on and probes into the main problems existing in the construction of digital library from aspects of the theoretical research, unified planning, resources construction, normalization of standards, and protection of intellectual property right, etc., and puts forward some corresponding measures.
