玻璃纤维纬编针织物的渗透性能

摘要 比较了机织平纹布与纬平织物的渗透性能,探讨了影响纬编针织物渗透性能的因素.通过实验测定液体在不同织物表面的斑点面积,从而计算出织物渗透能力.结果表明,在相同条件下纬编平针织物的渗透性能优于机织平纹布,且织物渗透性能随着贯穿纱线密度的增加而增加,随着织物密度的增加而减小. The permeability between plain woven fabric and flat knit fabric is compared and the factors that influence the permeability of glass fiber are presented. By recording the spot of liquid on fabric surface,the permeability of fabric can be calculated.The experimental result shows that flat fabric is better than plain woven fabric in permeability. The permeability of fabric increases with increasing piercing yarn density but it decreases with increasing fabric density.
