摘要
目的 :建立青皮中主要成分橙皮苷的含量测定方法 ,评价青皮生品、炮制品质量优劣。方法 :样品用甲醇超声提取30min ,以甲醇 水 醋酸 (35∶6 1∶2 )为流动相 ,检测波长 2 84nm。结果 :橙皮苷得到良好分离 ,在 0 .2 0 2～ 2 .4 2 4 μg线性关系良好 (r =0 .9995 ) ,加样回收率为 98% ,重现性为 2 .3%。结论 :本方法简便、准确、可靠 。
AIM:To establish a quantitative method for determination of hesperidin in Citri reticulatae in order to evaluate their quality. METHODS:Sample was extracted with methanol by means of sonication for 30min. ODS column was used with methanol-water-acetic acid(35∶61∶2)as mobile phase. Detection wavelength was at 284nm. RESULTS:Hesperidin in sample solution was well separated. Linearity was good(r=0.9995)in range of 0.202～2.424μg. The average recovery was 98%, RSD of repeatability was 2.3%. CONCLUSION:This method is simple, accurate and reliable, which may well be used for the determination of hesperidin.
