摘要
对全国普通高校高水平篮球队当前面临的主要困难和问题进行了调查.各高校高水平篮球队普遍存在着管理制度和措施的落后,训练科学化程度低,队员身体素质差,对抗水平低下,实战能力差等问题.加强队员的身体素质,提高对抗水平,采用教学比赛,以赛代练来提高运动员的实战能力,是解决目前队伍发展面临的困难的有效途径.
The paper carries out the research on the chief difficulties and problems that the high-level basketball teams in the colleges and universities are faced with.It points out that tere commonly exist such problems as out date management,less scientific training measures,the players'poor physical conditions,low-level confrontation and weak competitive capacities.The effective ways to deal with the difficulties are to improve the players' physical conditions as well as confrontation abilities,and employ the basketball-match teaching method in order to enhance the players' competitive abilities through the matches instead of the practice.
