摘要
雇工劳动关系在中国当今社会的"复现",决不是"丛林法则"作用的结果,而是中国社会改革必然选择的制度安排。在传统的社会主义观念看来,雇工剥削关系一定是对抗关系。邓小平从历史唯物主义的观点出发,认为雇工劳动关系不一定都是对抗关系,社会主义凭借自身的制度优势,完全可以对雇工劳动关系作有利化处理,并为此设计了规范性和防范性两道"平衡装置"。正是这两道"平衡装置"的建立和完善,才使雇工劳动关系在非对抗和非主体的状态下,朝着有利于发展社会主义生产力和共同富裕的方向发展。
The employer-employee relationship in China is rather complicated, not due to the jungle's law, but as a result of the progressive social reforms. It is true that such a relationship is opposite by traditional viewpoint, but Deng Xiaoping's concept of historical materialism claims that employer and employee might enjoy a harmonious relationship in the context of socialism and that the socialism, which provides with the prescriptive and preventive mechanisms as balancing strategies, may help avoid the obsolete relationship of opposition. The writer of this paper also argues that it is those strategies that help both employer and employee to develop towards prosperity.
