摘要
利用RAPDDNA标记技术 ,研究了福建建瓯茅栗野生群体的遗传多样性。结果表明 :茅栗多态位点百分率为 5 3.7% ,有效等位基因数目、基因多样度和Shannon多样性信息指数分别为 1.6 112、0 .3481和 0 .5 2 87。与其它植物相比 ,福建建瓯茅栗显示出较高的遗传多样性。
The genetic diversity of Castanea sequinii grown in Jian’ou, Fujian Province was studied with the help of RAPD DNA marker. The results show that the percent polymorphic loci is 53.7%, the number of effective alleles is 1.6112, and Nei’s gene diversity is 0.348 1 and Shannon information index is 0.528 7. Compared with other tree species, Castanea sequinii, in Jian’ou, has a high level of genetic diversity.
