摘要
开展对投资者关系管理(IRM)与企业价值、股权权益相互间关系的研究,对于推进我国资本市场的发展具有重要作用。处理好三者间关系,既可以提升上市公司内在价值,又可使其转化为公司外在价值,通过公司整体价值的提升,并最终体现在投资者股权权益上。
The study of the relationship between IRM and the corporation value and the rights and interests of stock right will greatly help the development of China's capital market. The maintenance of a good relationship for all the three parties will raise the internal and external values of the public corporations, which in turn will embody their value through the rights and interests of stock right.
