摘要
通过对网格法等距的研究,指出基于有限元网格的等距所要满足的三个基本条件:网格连续、单元法线一致和等距的合理性。提出一种高效快速的法线一致性算法:种子单元法;推导了在单元局部坐标系下判断等距合理性的计算方法,并且保证了等距前后单元所在平面之间的距离尽可能地接近所要等距的距离。工业复杂成形件的模拟结果验证了该算法的有效性。
The offset of finite element mesh has three basic conditions: continuous mesh, consistent normal and offset rationality. A fast and effective normal consistent algorithm, seed element method, is presented. The judge methods of offset rationality is deduced at element local coordinate, and ensure that the element plane distance between after offset and before is close to the offset distance. The validity is conformed by the simulation results of the complex industry-forming product.
