摘要
基于宏域几何的包络理论为理论基础对非线性误差进行了系统深入的研究,指出T/R混合加工系统普遍存在非线性误差,用最短距离线对之距离分布算法计算非线性误差,以在五坐标数控铣床上以中凹圆环面刀具采用几种不同的加工方式加工凸球面为实例,具体分析非线性误差的表现形式、影响因素。实际加工凸球面的结果证明提出的分析和结论是正确的。
In this paper, non-linear error is deeply and systemically researched on the basis of envelop theory of global geometry. This paper points that in all T/R mixed system non-linear errors are all existed, and proposes to calculate non-linear error with distance distrbute of the shortest distance pair.In 5-axis NC machining convex sphere surface by different methods with concave torus cutter, analyze concretely its distributes, influencing factors and It have been proved correct in cutting experimentation.
