食品标识制度是控制食品安全,真正实现安全消费、消费知情权和决定权的重要保证,系统论述了食品标识制度的国际背景、欧盟最新标识制度、我国现行标识的现状和标识分类、模式的建立,探讨政府、企业、媒体和消费者在食品标识制度建立中的作用。
Food labeling system is important for food safety controlling, safety consuming, right of information and right decision .The background of food labeling, EU′s recently new rule for food labeling and food labeling status quo of China are reviewed .The kinds of food labeling and its model are discussed. The role playing of government, enterprise, medium and consumer are also discussed.
