阿米卡星对产ESBL大肠埃希菌的体外杀菌活性 被引量:10

摘要 目的 :探讨临床常规剂量阿米卡星 (amikacin ,AMK)对产ESBL大肠杆菌的AMK敏感株是否有杀菌作用 .方法 :采用时间 杀菌曲线法进行体外实验 ,AMK浓度根据模拟健康人体内给予 4 0 0mg/L静脉点滴后 2 ,4 ,6 ,8和 1 2h内的平均血药浓度设定 .结果 :2 ,4 ,6h组待测菌分别在设定时间内菌落数降至 0 .1 %以下 ,8,1 2h组待测菌菌落数未在设定时间内降至 0 .1 %以下 .结论 :临床常规剂量的AMK对产ESBL大肠杆菌 (AMK敏感株 )具有良好的杀菌活性 ,其主要杀菌作用在给药后的前 4h . AIM: To understand the bactericidal action of clinical routine dosage of Amikacin on the ESBLs producing E. coli . METHODS: The experiment was performed in vitro by time killing curve and the concentration of Amikacin was set up according to the average blood drug concentration of Amikacin (administrated intravenously in a concentration of 400 mg/L) at 2, 4, 6, 8 and 12 h, respectively in vivo . RESULTS: The amount of bacteria decreased to lower than 0.1% within the set point in groups of 2, 4 and 6 h but did not in groups of 8 and 12 h. CONCLUSION: The clinical routine dosage of Amikacin has a satisfied bactericidal action on the ESBLs producing E. coli , especially within 4 h after the administration.
