摘要
目的 :建立复方双嘧达莫缓释片体外释放度测定方法。方法 :采用紫外分光光度法测定片剂的释放度。结果 :释放度测定方法平均回收率为 99.4 8% ,RSD为 0 .82 %。结论
OBJECTIVE To determine of in-vitro release of the compound dipyridamole sustained-releas e tablets.METHODS The drug release was measured by UV method.RESULTS The average recovery of the drug release was 99.48% with RSD 0.82%.CONCLUSION The methods can be used for quantitative determination of the preparation.
