摘要 介绍采用聚烯烃橡胶多元增韧的超韧尼龙66(SL-004)有关增韧机理和物理力学性能。并运用SEM、DSC、DMA、X—射线衍射等方法对其进行表征。表明该超韧尼龙66为细微相分散,可能存在互贯共连续相结构;结晶微结构产生变化以及冲击缺口发白区三斜晶系部分地向准六角晶系转变等结构特征。 The toughening mechanism and the physical and mechanical properties of the super-tough nylon 66(SL—004) toughened by multiple grafted polyolefins rubbers is introduced, and the SL—004 structure was characterized by SEM ,DSC,DMA,X—ray diffraction and so on. The results indicate that the supertough nylon 66 is proved to be a fine phase dispersion,and there might be some interpenetrating co-continuous phase textures, the micro-structure changes and the crystal type transition from a-triclinic to pseudohexagonal structure in the stress-whitening region of impact rupture.
