摘要
中间抽头变压器由于两个副边线圈是分时工作,其线圈损耗模型不同于无抽头原副边线圈同时工作的变压器。本文采用线圈电流谐波分解和线圈窗口磁势分析的方法对中间抽头变压器线圈损耗进行建模和分析,结果表明变压器奇次电流的磁势在原副边线圈间平衡,偶次电流的磁势在副边两个线圈间平衡。该模型的建立有助于中间抽头变压器线圈的优化设计,中间抽头引出线设计以及线圈损耗的测量。在一个3kW变压器设计上的应用验证了模型的有效指导意义。
The winding loss model of central-tapped transformer in SMPS is different from that of the non-tapped transformer because the two secondary windings work in different time intervals.The winding loss model of central-tapped transformer is given by the winding current decomposition and magnetic motive force(MMF)analysis.The model discloses that the odd harmonic MMF is balanced among three windings and the even harmonic MMF is only balanced between two secondary windings.The model is very helpful in winding optimal design,central tap terminal improvement design and winding loss measurement.Application in a 3kW transformer shows the effectiveness of the model.
