摘要
高温、高压、高压差的蒸汽调节阀中的流动不稳定导致异常的振动,造成阀门的磨损及阀杆破坏以及流动中的压损。这些问题引起许多设计制造部门和研究单位的高度关注。为此,通过数值模拟的方法对二维的高速蒸汽阀门内流场进行理论计算和流动的定性分析。搞清阀内气流不稳定的流动情况,并在此基础上对阀芯进行改型,得到改型后的阀门所受激振力小的结论。通过与实验比较,得到了良好的仿真。
The unsteady flow in the high pressure steam valve cause unusual vibration, the valve pole to be destroyed, the pressure while flowing to be lost, etc. These questions cause a lot of design manufacture departments and research units to pay close attention to. For this reason, we use the method of the two-dimentional numerical simulation to calculate the inner fluid field of high speed steam valve. Understand the flow situation and unstable air current in it, retrofit the core of the valve on the basis of this. The valve after retrofitting shake small. Through comparing with the experiment, have received good emulation result.Figs 5 and refs 5.
