摘要
为了适应医疗诉讼中举证倒置的要求,防止医疗纠纷的发生,结合产房工作,提出助产士工作中要有法律意识,在维护产妇知情同意权的 同时,注意产妇分娩过程中客观性病历的规范书写及完整数据资料的保存,并针对问题提出相应措施。
In order to adapt the new situation of the inverse evidence quotation and to avoid the occurrence of medical disputes,midwifes should enhance their legal consciousness in their daily working.They should pay more attention to writing objective case history carefully and keeping detailed data during the labor.Some effective measurements are developed.
