摘要
受环境、政策等制约 ,河南民营经济与沿海发达地区相比 ,仍有不少差距 ,应在观念、政策体制诸方面采取切实措施 。
Non-government economy in Henan has a big gap comparing with the developed areas along the coast.It will be a certain choice to analyze by comparing the factors of the gap and the barrier in the development procession and to provide the effective countermeasures,in order to accelerate the non-government economy development in Henan.
