摘要
土地整理对土地资源的可持续利用乃至整个社会经济的可持续发展都具有十分重要的意义。明确土地整理在中国现阶段的定义之后 ,文章从我国土地整理工作开展的现状、土地整理工作取得的成效和存在问题几个方面进行了综述。我国的土地整理工作的现状是 :政府网络管理体系逐渐形成 ,土地整理的理论体系不断完善 ,土地整理实践的广度和深度不断加强。总结我国土地整理在经济、社会和景观生态方面取得效益的同时指出了今后亟待解决的几个问题 :土地整理配套法律法规的完善 ,编制合理的土地整理规划 ,加强土地整理基础建设 ,扩宽融资渠道 ,推进土地整理产业化 ,土地整理目标中质与量并重等问题。
Land rearrangement has great meaning not only for sustainable land use but for the entire region's sustainable developing on society and economics. After conforming the definition of land rearrangement in China,the present situation and the achievement of land rearrangement and the remain problems are discussed. And several problems,which need to be settled in future,are indicated in this paper.
