摘要
本文通过7个甘肃地方苜蓿品种在干旱环境下的形态学变化,研究了它们与抗旱性的关系。结果表明,各种苜蓿品种均有形态学干旱反应,但以根/枝比、叶夹角最为敏感,根密度及叶被覆盖物相对较差,并首次报导了苜蓿的另一种形态适应运动,即叶趋直立性运动。通过数种形态学指标综合评定,认为7个苜蓿品种的抗旱排序依次为:安西苜蓿、民勤苜蓿、高台苜蓿、定西苜蓿、平凉苜蓿、秦安苜蓿、张川苜蓿。
Under drought condition, the morphology of seven local cultivars of Medicago sativa L.had a reaction to drought stress.Among morphological indexes, the reaction of root /shoot and leaf included angle to drought was more sensitive than that of root density and leaf cuticle—waxy layer to drought.Another motion of morphological adaption to drought, namely the motion of leaf erectotaxis, was reported here firstly.Through comprehensive evaluation with several morphological indexes, the intensity of drought resistence for the seven local cultivars was Anxi, Mingqing, Gaotai, Dingxi, Pingliang, Qing'an and Zhangjiacuan, successively.
