摘要
通过对等径道角挤压处理后的AZ91D镁合金坯的触变成形试验 ,并借助于金相显微镜、Instron材料拉伸试验机等分析手段 ,对AZ91D镁合金卫星角框件的半固态触变成形工艺进行了研究。研究结果表明 :当坯料加热温度为 5 60℃ ,保温时间为 2 0min ,模具预热温度为 40 0℃ ,保压时间为 40s时 ,强度可达到 2 92MPa ,伸长率达到 4.8% ;触变成形对材料微观组织的影响主要表现为较明显的固液相分离现象 ,而对制件晶粒形状的影响比较小 ,在成形过程中 ,坯料的流动方式是以液相包裹球状固相颗粒的方式进行的 ;通过固溶处理和自然时效可以提高触变成形后的卫星角框件的强度 ;当固溶时间为 6h ,强度提高幅度在 10
Semi-solid thixoforming technology of AZ91D Mg\|alloy satellite angle frame component was investigated by means of inston material test machine and metalloscope.The results showed that the prepared component with the strength of 292 MPa and the elongation of 4.8% was obtained at heating temperature of 560 ℃ for holding time of 20 min.For the billet,pre\|heating temperature of 400° for the die and for dwelling time of 40 seconds.The effect of thixoforming on the microstructure was realiged by separating liquid phase from solid phase while there was no effect on grain shape of solid phase.The billet flow way was characteriged by spheroidal solid phase clad with liquid phase during thixoforming process.The strength of the component can be increased by plus 10% through solid solution treatment for 6 h and natural ageing.
