摘要
针对某电厂200MW机组汽轮机在调试和试生产期间曾出现交流润滑油泵启动后母管压力不上升的现象,对国内一些机组存在的润滑油泵起压不可靠原因分析及对策进行评述,并介绍在该台机组实施的若干措施。采用高速、高精度数据采集装置配高性能压力传感器,进行油泵切换试验,获取了汽机在同步转速下交、直流润滑油泵切换暂态过程各油压的试验数据,并进行了分析,得出一些有意义的结论,可供类似套装油管路的设计、检修和生产提供参考。
According to the phenomenon once appears lubricating oil pressure have not arisen in main pipeline after lubricating oil pump starting up during the period of commissioning and trial production in a domestic 200MW capacity unit steam turbine,And introduces and appraises analyse of reasons and correponding resolution countermeasures of incredibility appears oil pressure while lubricating oil pumps strating up esists in some domestic unit steam turbine,combining introduced some countermeasures of enforcement in this machine.Adopting a high speed,hign accuracy data acquisition device installation of high preformance pressure sensors,carrying out the test of lubricating oil pumps switching,some transient process trial data of many kinds of oil pressure while steam turbine running at synchronous rotational speed when switch over of between AC or DC lubricating oil pump and main oil pump have been obtained,combine proceeding analysis to get some meaningful conclusions,all this may be offer some reference for similar suit lubricating oil pipeline design,overhaul and produce.
